I located a related thread:

By any chance, are you using Hughes as your ISP? Hughes has a feature called "Turbo Page" which retrieves a cached page when enabled, saves them bandwidth, and doesn't work with mapped domains due to a misconfiguration on their end. I recommend calling the Hughes support center and asking to have the Turbo Page feature disabled on your account. That should solve the problem. From http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-mapping-causes-invalid-key-error-message/page/2?replies=53#post-756919

As most of us will do is save the password for wordpress.com login, so that everytime we visit any blog that hosted on wordpress.com, we will able to do comment/like immediately without the hassle of login again.

My problem is everytime I visit a .com (or more accurate, own register domain) blog that hosted on WordPress.com, I will get this error:

Invalid key [6]. Back

I know the auto-login that causing this problem. If I sign-out wordpress.com account, this will be appear anymore. Any solution for this?

Extra info: using latest Google Chrome browser, Win 7 64 bits.
