			<description><![CDATA[<p>WordPress.com is constantly changing, and Word has never been web compliant. If you want to retain formatting but write offline, use something specially designed for that. I recommend Windows Live Writer, which works much the same as Word except it is web compliant, and you can add tags, categories, and images.

<p>When I go "dashboard -&#62; posts -&#62; new post" I loose all formatting. That's new, before I never had that problem.
