Try waiting till Monday, send in a Support ticket from your dashboard, and hopefully staff will fix whatever is going wrong.

I have tried to renew it. I renewed my domain mapping successfully, but there is no place to go to renew my domain registration. I have tried logging into my "external site" domain administration, which I can, but leads me nowhere toward figuring out what's wrong. There are no links or buttons on any of the relevant dashboard pages.

Help?
