We are limited to the 170+ (and growing) themes found in the dashboard under appearance > themes. Themes found on the internet are for self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

Themes at wordpress.COM have to be modified to work within the restrictions here and to support the unique features.

The differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org (self-hosted) sites.

To use that theme, you would have to self-host a wordpress.ORG install at a third-party hosting service such as bluehost, dreamhost, etc. Figure an average monthly cost, all things considered, of about $10 to $25. It also comes with more responsibilities. You have to do all installs, upgrades, backups and troubleshooting. If something goes wrong, you have to figure it out and fix it.

Have a duped myself? do I need to upgrade to WordPress Pro before I can use it?
