I want to use Carousel for my image galleries inside blog posts, but when I click on thumbnail in a post, all it does is show the image in the browser, I don't get any of the nifty lightbox interface.

I custom-made my own theme, but I left the functions.php file alone (I took it from the default WP theme). Also, my PHP knowledge is rudimentary at best. Thank you for any and all help you may give! :-)
