I am aware that Publicize does not quite work on scheduled tasks, but I have not found any listed issues about publicizing with immediate posting. Any solution or test that I can try to set for myself and my little blog that wants to be read?

Does timezone btw affects publicize function? Seems to me that me and my blog server are not sitting in the same timezone: (I am sitting in CET/GMT-1), while the blog seems like being in GMT.
