WP 3.4.2
Genesis with Prose 1.5.1

Published a post today and when I went back to update it with some links it 404's. I only have one Plugin, installed and deactivated it but still nothing. Tried changing Permalinks to default, didn't work either. Even went so far as to clear cookies and cache.

Any thoughts most welcome.
