I'm sorry I missed this earlier! I haven't seen any recent reports of this problem since you last posted here on Nov 16, are you still having trouble with this or was it a temporary issue? If you're still having any trouble at all, can you please make sure you are using a current browser version, see http://browsehappy.com/ and let me know what browser and browser version you are using?
