I also tried removing myself as the second admin and logging in as the first. Same problem, it asks me to pay the $13 upgrade.

If you log in as the other admin (who purchased the Bundle), you'll be able to use the free domain mapping credit that was included in the Bundle.

Oh no! blog.natelindaman.com is already registered.

If you own this domain you can map it to your site by following the instructions below. If you don’t own this domain, go back and try another domain name.

So I clicked the 'start mapping my domain button' and I believe it charged me $13 on top of the $99 I already paid which says it includes domain mapping. I then clicked on the 'Cancel & refund button and it said:

You will not receive a refund for this domain as it was included as part of a bundle. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.
