However you just purchased the domain mapping - http://lokeai.com/ loads fine for me - but it can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet - changes usually start after a few hours but you will be the last one to see the changes do to caching issues

Did the person who created the WordPress.com site actually transfer it to you so that you are the owner? If so, you can use your domain name with your WordPress.com site with the domain mapping upgrade. See here for more info on domains http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

I've a domain and hosting and i've created a blog at wordpress.com. (actually was my someone who created the account and website for me). Because I didn't like the website, I decided to start all over again.

i want to purchase a theme but when clicking buy it brings me to wordpress.org. I also had to create a domain.wordpress.com...

Can I just buy a theme and upload it in my website? Or do I have to keep wordpress in my url?

I don't want to keep in my url wordpress. What are the possibilities?
