You need to, see if the blog has contact info on it, find a new name or map a custom domain name to a blog.

I'm wondering if it's possible to purge a domain that doesn't seem to be in use by anyone. I'm interested in building up a site from a particular domain, but can't because it's taken, although not in use. Is it possible to get it purged/deleted? Comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
