1. Create text widget in Admin> Design> Widget e put this code:

Explications:

In http://www.YOUR BLOG.WORDPRESS.COM/IMAGE put the adress of your image in ''.

Height and width is the size of image :).

Atention: image in JPG in 84% of quality.
