So, now can anybody tell me how to index all the posts on my blog? I have about 70 articles and only 10-15 are indexed. Help?

I shifted from blogger to wordpress just about 2 months ago.
when I asked google to index the site, it required me to edit the html. I couldn't find how to, so I asked google to index it with RSS feeds and it indexed only last 10-15 posts.
How do I edit the html of my blog?

Also, do we have any plug-ins that we can add to our blogs at wordpress.com ?
