(1) If you wish to praticipate in the meme then you follow the rules that are provided with the award by the blogger who chose to give your blog the award.

(2) We can post any image in the sidebar of a WordPress.com blog or in the footer areas when provided depending on the theme by using either an image widget or a text widget.
