I have problem after upgrading WordPress 2.7.x to WordPress 2.9.1. On the dashboard page, QuicPress window (right side), on the Tag tex-box was found below message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_tags_to_edit() in /home/cellula2/public_html/wp-admin/includes/dashboard.php on line 409

When I open posts page, it is listed only one post instead of all of created posts.

What should I do?
