I am on a Quintus theme. I have written into CSS:
#site description {
font-family: museo!important
}.

However, museo won't show up in the site description. It does show up in the links in my blogroll, however; so I don't think it's a browser issue.

FYI: I do have Firebug installed, but I'm not very familiar with it.
