After looking in the discussion settings of my WordPress account, I discovered that the box that says "Users must be registered and logged in to comment" is UNCHECKED. So that's messed up and it doesn't surprise me, considering how few comments I get on my blog. Can someone please explain how I can fix this so that people can easily comment on my blog posts?
