That would be helpful, but WordPress is currently refusing support for and even contact with non-paying members (see here). If this is such a widespread problem, why hasn't it been addressed?

The change to the commenting feature requiring WordPress members to log in before being able to comment on other blogs is extremely irritating, inconvenient, and makes it impossible for me to comment on a blog and link back to my own blog. I deleted my WordPress blog a while ago. I simply found Blogger to be a better format for me personally, so that is where I blog now. Although I also changed my email address in WordPress, it still for some reason registers the original email address, so that I am still required to log into this site, which connects my comments to a blog profile that no longer exists.

The more this happens, and the more impossible it is to find a way to contact any type of support (poor move, WordPress), the more infuriated I am becoming. I want nothing more than for you to delete all information you have from/about me from your system. Instead of being at all helpful, your website has made things more difficult. I already know you will refuse to remove my information from your system (if I had known your policy on deleting accounts, I never would have signed up in the first place), but I would like some information about how to be able to use my email address to comment on blogs and not have to sign into WordPress. It's just illogical to link my comments to a blog that no longer exists, especially when I do have a blog that I've been writing in for the last year.
