Could you please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com and let me know if the stats and subscribers are restored.

Actually, now that I think about it, I do believe the site had www at the front prior.

Should I change that on our end, or is it possible to merge the two? I would prefer to leave www out if possible.

The URL/name of the self hosted site did not change. This is why I assumed all of this would transfer over.

Typically that's what happens - as long as the URL remains exactly the same, stats and subscribers should remain intact.

Is it possible the old site included the www, as in http://www.thinkjarcollective.com? Using even two slightly different URL structures can create a second Jetpack profile. If we can track down that profile, I should be able to merge them at this end.

The old site was not a WordPress.com site, it was a self-hosted site as well. I simply had a new WordPress install done. The URL/name of the self hosted site did not change. If you have the ability to look at the sites associated with my account, you will see two. One that just started yesterday, and one that has been associated for a long time.

I simply would like the email subscribers from the long running site to be transferred to the newer site. They are both called Think Jar Collective.

Stats can't be transferred from a WordPress.com site to a self-hosted site, nor can WordPress.com followers at this time.

I assumed that when I linked the new site to my WordPress.com account the Subscribers & Stats would transfer over, but now I have two sites listed.

Is there any way to combine the two sites as it really is only one site. They are both called Think Jar Collective and linked to this account. I would really like the 70 or so subscribers to transfer to the new version of the site along with the stats.
