Create a custom menu and include a custom link to the other blog in it. You can even cross-link both blogs the same way.

One for my personal training business (www.snydes-exrx.com) and one that is an informational physical therapy blog (www.orthopedicmanualpt.com). I would like to create a page on my physical therapy blog that will automatically redirect to my personal training blog. Is this possible? If so, please advise me how to go about doing this.
