1) I want to redirect my old blog, http://wiawekabeka.blogspot.jp, to wordpress.

2) I am going to buy the domain name ichiforthemichi.jp to use for my new wordpress account.

I understand that I need to redirect my blog from blogger to wordpress, but am technically challenged so I thought I would hire a third party to do it for me (quoted US$130 for the job). However, I was wondered if I change my blogger account to my new domain name, and then pay to register my domain name with wordpress, would they do the remapping as part of the upgrade cost?

Forgive me if I sound completely lost... I am.
