Best bet would be to empty out the sidebar and replace it with a single text widget pointin gfolks to your new blog. You may also want to choose the option to block search engines so your old blog will be dropped.

But in case of visites to my old blog (that will be closed), can I create a link to redirected visitors to my new blog ?
