	border: 0;
	padding:10px;
}

You may have to set padding to zero as well.

If you want, go to laurafern.wordpress.com -- this border is around the graphic I have at the top that says "sign this petition" as well as around my feedburner/RSS links at the bottom. I think it looks weird, I would like to get rid of it or turn it white.
