Go to Settings > Safari and clear the cache and then take another look.

Are you using the "mobile" theme on your site? If so, the mobile theme is a separate thing and we cannot edit the CSS on it.

All post related pages would include the main page, categories, tags and archives pages as well.

Sadly the theme authors did not give us any selector for the individual stuff in the metadata at the bottom of the posts, so you cannot get rid of just one part. It is all or nothing.
