How do I remove the Continue Reading link? Even when using the excerpt functionality, and with only two words of copy, it still automatically places the Continue reading link.

For example, notice how the 'Learn WordPress' news item on the bottom right of http://skylarkdemo.wordpress.com/ does not include a Continue reading link. This is what I'm trying to accomplish.
