Did you not search? Remove Post dates from Vigilance theme
However, do note that all URLs to posts do contain the date. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-title-url/
P.S. There are no themes you can remove dates from posts from without the custom design upgrade.

If this is not possible - please advice themes that will allow. We are an art gallery, sadly in this economy we cannot afford an upgrade right now.
