Why not set the published date for the posts far enough in the past so that they don't appear on the main page? You can use this support document on scheduling posts as a reference: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/ .

I want to create a page (not my front page) that has hyperlinks to specific blog posts, but i don't want to post these new posts to my front page. I could create a separate page for each post, but i don't want to clutter my pages menu area.

Is there a way of removing a post from the front page without destroying the hyperlink to it from another page?
