You can see a full list of who is authorized to view your private blog, and remove any viewers as necessary, from the Settings -> Reading page in your dashboard:

The list of viewers is at the bottom.

I am using it for employee communication. We have about 75 employees currently receiving email updates when new posts are added. Some of those employees no longer work here, so I don't want them to have access to our employee-only blog, but I can't find a way to remove a viewer.
