I am not very good with code and where to find the code to make adjustments. Therefore could someone please tell me step by step how to remove the widgets showing within posts - so that they can stretch the full width of the page.

My blog is http://www.nothingintherules.com, I want the widgets to show when you're looking at pages but not at posts.

Any help much appreciated?

I would also like to know how to include tags but not have them showing on the homepage under each post - I think it looks a bit messy showing them, but want them included for search engine stuff.
