When I go to any of the three links you included in your post I see a file not found page. If you are still seeing the images at those exact links, could you try clearing your cache and cookies and refreshing your browser:

If you are still able to access the images at a different URL, could you update the post to tell me where you are seeing it.

I recently learned that when you delete an image permanently it removes it from your media library but not from our servers. However, we can help you remove an image completely so I have now removed the images at the URLs you provided.

Thank you. Originally, I resized the photo to 2x2 pixel, basically hiding it. but I have just tried 'delete permanently' and see if that does it

Thank you for the links. It looks like you deleted the thumbnail for these images, but not the images themselves. You should be able to delete them permanently from your media library.

For example, if you go to https://tonytam.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php?paged=3 you will see two of the deleted images showing in the list about halfway down. If you hover over one of them you will see an option to "delete permanently".

Let me know if clicking this link still does not result in the removal of the images.
