It looks silly to have my first post also showing up as a featured post at the bottom of the page. Maybe when I have more content it would be great, but for now it doesn't work. Was it just reported or is it something that has been reported for some time, just awaiting action?

This is a bug in the theme, it has been reported, and hopefully the theme team will fix it.

I don't feel it is necessary and in some case redundant. UnfortunatelY I do not find a place in the menu to "shut" this section off.
