I have been reading this question: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/change-categoriest-into-towns?replies=3#post-259150 it has the exact question I want ask. But the answer I read, still isn't clear for me. Where can I find "Design?"
Okay, my best example is this site: http://budjoy.wordpress.com, how could they rename "Categories" into "Mga Kategoriya"?
If I want to do the same, how should I do it?
