When I switched themes last fall, the transition somehow jacked up a lot of photos in my older posts and made them way too large. Now, every time I go in and fix the photos and update the post, a new feed is sent to people subscribed to my RSS. Last week, I unknowingly bombarded them with about 6 or 7 updates simply because I was fixing the photos.

Is there a setting I can turn off so my RSS subscribers won't get an update every time I update an older post? This doesn't happen for email subscribers.
