Thank you. I'll try to be more specific. In order to do SEO on page, I have to be able to modify titles, descriptions, keywords, for each internal page. I know I can do this with several plugins in wordpress.org .
If I migrate my wordpress.com blog to the pro or premium versions, will I have this possibility?

I'm not sure what you mean by "do SEO". The WordPress.com platform is well seach engine optimised anyway. You can improve this with good choices for post names, headings, image names, titles, link names, tags, etc. Having your own domain does give a slight boost in search rank.
