I don't know if this is a Bug/glitch or what. But the forum they were sent too wasn't helpful. Does anyone have any idea's as to why this is happening?

Now she has been in contact with you and yet no one has responded to her e-mails. Or they send her to the forums which isn't very helpful. Everytime she tries to sign in, it is saying this:
You are trying to sign in as someone else, please use the correct email username etc. But the e-mail address is deleted and her new one is [email redacted]. Can you please contact Mrs. Deanne Winston at [email redacted] and explain to her how to correct the issue.
