This is a privacy issue. Consider this. It depends on the privacy settings of the individuals on Twitter and Facebook.Consider Facebook. Unless you are their "friend" on FB and signed in, the link will not take you to the page where it's linked; it will take you to the Facebook home page. Also if people have a protected Twitter stream, then you won't be able to see it.

There is facebook twitter and other social medias in the referrers to my blog.
There are a number of shares on these social medias. I was curious about that who shares my stuff on them. I can only see the number of shares nothing more than that.
