Noted. And thanks.

But what I'm talking about is the breakdown - not private email or accounts. I used to be able to click on the number of shares for Post A. It would then show me that 3000 shares of this post went to FB. 500 to email. 150 to Twitter. 50 to Stumbleupon etc. Now, when I click on the number for the breakdown, it takes me back to my site stats. Which is definitely misdirected. This is really frustrating, because this information is useful when analyzing your social networking and impact. I have a post taking off again suddenly and I'm all kinds of curious as to how. Grrr...

Alos note that Staff deal with the support tickets that have the earliest dates first. It's best not to contact them on any issue more than once as doing so moved the date forward in time and it takes longer to get an answer.

But I can no longer see the breakdown once I click on those numbers as to where those shares are going.

Maybe this is a privacy issue. If I have a private Facebook profile or if I have set my Twitter account to "protected" then you can't get that information.

Anybody else having problems with their Shares stats? I can see the total number of shares. I can click on it and then see a breakdown of total shares per post. But I can no longer see the breakdown once I click on those numbers as to where those shares are going. Which is really useful information. It hasn't been working since the WordPress homepage change. Having a post get some major traffic - and it's driving me nuts not seeing what's happening.

Haven't heard back from Happiness Engineers...
