			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you create the blog then you go to the Admin =&#62; Users and add the username of the other author or their email address to add them to your blog.   They can have various roles in the blog, so you might want to catch up on <a href="http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/12/what-are-the-different-roles/">this role FAQ</a> prior to adding them to find out what you want the other author to be able to do.   If they create the blog, then point them to this thread!</p>
