The way you sharing buttons are display in normal. The gaps are not something you can adjust. What you can do is place all the icons under a +share button so they appear in a dropdown menu and that produces a more tidy appearance.

The buttons are not aligned along the bottom and have a gap in them as though something is missing. It is visually displeasing, but I can't seem to fix it. I have tried changing the settings of the sharing buttons (icon only, icon & text, smart buttons, etc.) and it hasn't made any difference. You can see an example at http://srobalino.wordpress.com/ - any suggestions why this is happening? I've looked at a number of other wordpress.com blogs and they don't seem to have this problem.
