}

body.content-sidebar .one-col-posts #primary,
body.sidebar-content .one-col-posts #primary {
	width: 70%;
}
#secondary {
	width: 25%;
}

Update the numbers until it looks how you want.

Keep in mind that different people have different screen widths and they already see more or less of the background image depending on their monitor size and settings.
