A full page template does not have a sidebar.

Full-Width Page Template
Take advantage of the full-width of your pages, without a sidebar, by selecting the “Full Width” template under Page Attributes.

I am a free wordpress user and recently changed my theme to the Blissful blog theme. My sidebar is not showing up unless you click the "about" page, then you see it. I would perfer my sidebar to be shown at all times. Is there any way this may be fixed?
