Simplicity is the theme I'm using to publish my website http://www.stopthewarondrugs.org which is currently being hosted by DreamHost. For health reasons I won't be able to continue managing it. So, instead of letting it go to waste I'm trying to find a free hosting provider to keep it available online so that people can access the wealth of information is already there. Any suggestions?

The Simplicity theme is only available to self-hosted WordPress.org users, but not on WordPress.com. You can read about the differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com here.

I want to use the Simplicity theme developed by Lai Zit Seng. I've searched for it in my dashboard under Appearance =>Themes but can't find it. I can download it, though, from here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/simplicity
Problem is: I don't know what should I do next to make it my blog theme. Any suggestions?
