I think I did it correctly according to Bluehost instructions, and I'm not sure if it's related, but now our site has been completely modified and all the content basically trashed. It could have been a hacker I suppose but first wanted to see if it might be the nameserver.

Is there a way of retrieving our site as it was a few days ago?
