I have audio players on my blog - the problem is that when using them the file takes between 1 and 2 minutes to start playing.
As you can imagine - most people would probably not wait for that long. The same happens when downloading the file with the link I've provided.

I've used a variety of computers to test if it is anything to do with internet speed/connection - but it isn't.
My work computer has a high speed connection and it's still slow.

Does anyone have any idea with this may happen? Is it to do with how wordpress accesses the files or is there something I can do to speed it up.
