Hi, bratcakess! My SocialVibe Widget was working first thing this morning. Just now tried both mine and yours upon getting your response and it is doing the same thing. Support indicated checking my browser settings, but I don't see how that can be the problem when it worked first thing this morning and not now. Frustrating to say the least. I may take it off of my Blog because to ask my readers to do an activity for a good cause, only to have it not work doesn't create that warm fuzzy feeling I was shooting for! Thank you for the time you spent on this. I appreciate it.

Hi again Denver, the widget appeared to be working this morning. When you get a chance try it out and see if it works for you. The sponcer has changed again, perhaps that is the issue. I agree with you, they should do the updates during other hours, if that is what is causing the problem.

I did contact support using the link that timethief shared. I have not heard back from them other than that my request was flying through cyberspace. You may be right about SocialVibe doing updates, although I would think they would perform such updates off-hours. I will post what I find out if anything.

Hi, I'm not sure how it was resolved but it was working correctly. I sent an email to support the first time, but by the next day when they contacted me it was working properly. Maybe the issue will resolve itself again? If it doesn't by tomorrow I can send another note to support. I wonder if SocialVibe updates once a week or so many days because the sponcers ha changed from the first time I set it up to when it was working again.

Hi there, I hope everyone is having a great day/night... I am not sure if this should be posted in the widgets section or support. If I am in the incorrect section I apologize. Please let me know and I will move it.

Is anyone aware of an issue with the SocialVibe widget?

I am running a contest that requires users to install SocialVibe widget on their page to see who can collect the most donations. Unfortunately, for the past few hours anytime the "Click here to help for free" button is pressed a message comes up "Thank you for your support, new activities will be coming soon."

No donations are added and the number is not changing.

Any help that any one can offer would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!

Ginger
