I forgot to include you above. This frequently happens. It might be that the charity organization you selected doesn't have a campaign running at the moment. Could you please try to select another charity and see if that works for you.

Sometimes simple things like this can break everything down.

To check whether you have the latest plugin for the browser, try loading this page:

Although it is for Mozilla, you can load it on any browser.
