I cannot enter tags or add categories

Note that page because on it your can choose to suppress the display of tags and/or categories or to enable them.

_ when editing posts I cannot enter tags or add categories, I write the tags, then hit "add" button and nothing happens; same for categories, I canno create new ones.

_ links: when editing new posts I cannot highlight a word, push add links: as soon as I confirm the link url the editor quits to the new post page, I loose what I was writing. To insert a link I switch to HTML view and manually insert the tags.

_ the quick edit feature is not working, in the all posts page, I click on quick edit and.. nothing happens.

What could it indicates?
