No that won't be happening. This is why. The blog is the property of the user who registered and who owns it. If the comments are open of there is a contact form you can contact the blog owner and request they transfer the blog to your username account. Be aware that you can purchase your own domain name via a domain mapping upgrade and then it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain URL is. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

They created an account and posted once, in May of 2009. Although I had no idea of this, the post obviously refers to my studio in Times Square, NY. I would like to post using my domain and corporate name, JaelYoga (JaelYoga.com/JaelYoga. Inc.). Perhaps you would send a message to whomever used my name in 2009, asking them to allow me to take over the account.
