Here's what you can do now to reach your end goal:

1) Setup a new custom domain for flynnspaws.wordpress.com (you can use the value bundle if you'd like)

2) Setup a site redirect from thebloggingpath.wordpress.com to the new domain from step 1

I was hoping this would be an idea to allow the implementation of this feature since both "blog addresses" are registered by the same administrator (me, of course).

What is your end goal?

1) To redirect traffic from the current site to the existing site and 2) to use a custom domain name on the existing site as my final setup and/or 3) all for ".me", of course.

I "want to change [my] WordPress.com Blog/Site Address" (thebloggingpath) but "that site already exists" (flynnspaws). Further, "I want to please permanently disable thebloggingpath.wordpress.com", which as a paid-upgrade (registered domain).

How can I take advantage of the "WordPress Value Bundle" ($99) under that existing site (flynnspaws) without purchaseing the "site redirect" or changing my "site title" for my current site (thebloggingpath)?
