If you mark enough of the same type and that gets verified by Akismet, future similar spam comments should get removed automatically.

Of course, if someone makes a legitimate comment about viagra for eg you might miss it, but at least it won't show on the website. I recommend the Moderate box, so you get a chance to scan it before sending it to Spam.
